NEW DELHI: Sugar stocks were trading at 11:05 am on Friday and Chemicals (up 19.98%), Simbhaoli Sugars (up 19.96%), Sakthi Sugars (up 14.61%), KCP Sugar & Industries (up 10.22%), BAJAJHIND (up 9.94%), Ugar Sugar Works (up 8.24%), Rana Sugars (up 6.99%), KMSugar Mills (up 6 .90%), Vishvaraj Sugar Industries (up 5.83%) and Mavana Sugars (up 4.90%) were among the top gainers. & Industries (down 0.73%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifti50 index was trading up 131.25 points at 18283.65, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 411.43 points at 61387.6 around 11:05 am.
Hindustan Unilever (up 0.28%), Reliance Industries (up 0.22%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (up 0.2%), Tech Mahindra (up 0.15%) and Cipla (up 0.08% ) were among the biggest gainers in the Nifti package.
On the other hand, Mahindra & Mahindra (down 2.05%), ITC (down 2.02%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation (down 1.99%), Hero MotoCorp (down 1.8%), Grasim Industries (down 1 .71%), Hindalco Industries (down 1.56%), Adani Enterprises (down 1.55%), Bajaj Auto (down 1.54%), Maruti Suzuki (down 1.41%) ) and UPL Ltd (down 1.34%).
