Eight student-athletes were named to the 2022 Cross Country Academic All-MAC Team | Jobs Vox

Cleveland, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced the 2022 Cross Country Academic All-MAC Team on Wednesday. A total of 109 student-athletes were named in this year’s national team.

Ohio led the way with 17 student-athletes on this year’s team. Toledo followed with 14, while Central Michigan had 12 and Buffalo had 11.

The Academic All-MAC award is given to a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and participate in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
