JAMMU: Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha today chaired a high-level meeting on preparations for the G20 Summit in 2023 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Calling for extensive preparations ahead of the G20 meeting, the Lt Governor said the meetings under the Indian presidency are an opportunity to share the achievements of Jammu and Kashmir and showcase its rich cultural heritage.

The Deputy Governor called for the involvement of students and educational institutions in order to organize the meeting successfully.

The Deputy Governor directed the universities to organize seminars on the issues of the U20.

Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, General Secretary; Additional Secretary of the Department of Agricultural Production Sh. SH Goyal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs; Sh RR Swain, Special DG CID; Administrative Secretaries; Heads of departments, police and civic management organizations participated in the meeting in person and via video conference and shared their valuable feedback.
