JERSEY CITY, NJ, December 12, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — via InvestorWire — Vision Energy Corporation (OTCQB: Weng) ,Vision Energy” either “company“) is pleased to announce the signing of an MoU (“memorandum of Understanding”) with Linde Engineering for expansion and further collaboration in connection with Vision Energy’s pioneering green energy terminal at the North Sea port of Wissingen, Netherlands.
The expanded scope in the MoU defines the intentions of the parties to engage in deeper cooperation with respect to engineering, procurement and construction services and to participate in co-investment, development and operations involving hydrogen production through ammonia back-cracking. There is a mutual interest. One service and one E-methanol production plant.
This expanded scope will greatly enhance the development commitments of Evolution Terminal’s existing site located in Vlissingen, The Netherlands for the storage of ammonia/LPG and other green and renewable products such as e-methanol.
Linde is highly experienced in clean energy infrastructure design and operations. Vision Energy previously contracted with Linde to provide preliminary front-end engineering and design (FEED) services for the first phase of Vision Energy’s green energy terminal. The previous scope of work included the design and engineering of 150,000 cubic meters (cbm) green ammonia (NH3) storage, truck and barge loading facilities, ship loading and unloading facilities, and utilities, infrastructure and buildings. Engineering efforts under the agreement have begun and are expected to conclude in April 2023, in support of Vision Energy’s goal to reach Final Investment Decision (FID) by the third quarter of 2023.
