Tech Mahindra has come on board as the digital partner for the 44th FIDE Chess Olympiad
Viswanathan Anand, five-time world chess champion, teams up with Tech Mahindra to advise on next-generation chess technology and engagement
Lausanne – June 1, 2022: The International Chess Federation and All India Chess Federation are strengthening their partnership with Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation services and solutions, consulting and business reengineering, to deliver the next generation digital fan experience using Fan Nkt.Nov. As part of this global tie-up, Tech Mahindra will join as the digital partner for the FIDE Chess Olympiad, which will be held in India for the first time.
This will be the 44th edition of the FIDE Chess Olympiad, which will be hosted in Chennai from July 28 to August 9 with the Government of Tamil Nadu as the host and main sponsor. At the Olympics, Viswanathan Anand, five-time world chess champion and Indian chess legend, will work with Tech Mahindra to advise on next-generation chess technology and fan engagement.

Tech Mahindra will be the first company to participate in the FIDE Chess Olympiad. Furthermore, the organization will also strengthen its commitment to diversity and inclusion and join the FIDE Women’s World Cup and Women’s Grand Prix.
