Boston, London, New Delhi, August 2, 2022 – Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of services and solutions for digital transformation, consulting and business reengineering, today announced a strategic partnership with Soroko, the world’s first labor graphing company. The partnership will establish a state-of-the-art CoE (Center of Excellence) to deliver an accelerated transformation program for business process management, managed services supported by intelligent process automation and task mining. Tech Mahindra’s CoE will be located in New Delhi to support the growing digital transformation needs of customers directly from Discover to the Realization.
Together, Soroco and Tech Mahindra will support clients to develop a culture of continuous improvement, industry best practices, assets and accelerators to provide a structured approach on the ground. While Soroco’s Scout platform will focus on task mining-driven solutions, Tech Mahindra will help with its implementation and managed services around task mining practices. The Task Mining Council of Europe will further help this partnership to serve global clients in various industries, such as telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, automotive, retail and consumer goods.
