Atlanta/London/New Delhi – September 13, 2022: Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation services and solutions, consulting and business reengineering, today announced a strategic partnership with Kuantre Solutions, a US-based provider of customer communication management consulting services. The joint effort will focus on modernizing the customer communications industry to deliver a superior customer experience in industries such as the financial, insurance and healthcare industries, to name a few.

The partnership will enable enterprises to develop processes into operational standards through cloud-native microservices, including customer communication management (CCM), customer experience management (CKSM), cloud-based ETL, and data integration services and functions as a service (FaaS). .
