Tech engineering firm NV5 to buy L3Harris’ geospatial software business | Jobs Vox

NV5 Global (Nasdaq: NVEE) has agreed To earn Commercial Geospatial Technology and Software Businesses L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX).

NV5 said Thursday that the all-cash transaction for the visual information solutions business of L3Harris is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
