Mayank Sharma’s selection in the Indian Engineering Service | Jobs Vox

Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): Dilip Sharma’s son Mayank, who is an Associate Professor in Government Engineering College Ujjain, has achieved the prestigious feat of getting selected in the Indian Engineering Services 2022 conducted by UPSC, New Delhi. He has secured 26th All India Rank in Electronics & Communication Services. Mayank is working as a Scientific Officer in the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India in Hyderabad. He has studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ujjain and has done his graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering B.Tech from prestigious SGSITS Indore.

He got selected in Wipro Technologies through campus but did not join to focus on UPSC exams. He got selected in GATE three times and also cleared the civil services preliminary examination once. This was his third attempt at IES, having cleared the written test on two earlier occasions but failed to clear the interview round. His hard work and dedication has shown the way to success and has proved once again that hard work can overcome any obstacle.
