Long-standing engineering firm eyes growth with merger | Jobs Vox

Holland Engineering Inc. (HEI), a national engineering, surveying and environmental firm, and OMM Engineering Inc. (OMM), a regional civil and municipal engineering firm, has announced its intention to merge. The merger will become final at the beginning of the new year.

The merger brings together two engineering experts with over 90 years of combined industry experience. They plan to continue serving existing customers and expand their service capabilities.

OMM, established in 1982, is an engineering service provider for regional municipalities. Chuck Olson, co-founder and principal of OMM, says: “I am excited to see the growth that this merger will provide for our businesses.
