Jammu: Lieutenant Governor J&K, Manoj Sinha on Tuesday inaugurated the All India Inter-University Fencing Championship at Jammu University.
More than 1000 fencers from more than 100 universities across the country are participating in this major competition. Jammu University is going to host the championship.
