The company’s new 25.5 cu. The foot-deep refrigerator is nine percent less deep than a standard French door model, but has generous storage capacity.1 To increase internal storage space, LG has reduced the thickness of several key components of the refrigerator, such as cold air ducts and evaporators, and improved insulation. Although its spacious interior offers 25 percent more food and beverage storage space than previous LG models.2 The new French door design is still useful for saving space in the kitchen due to its small size.
The new design brings a simple yet sophisticated aesthetic to the kitchen with LG’s unique mirrored InstaView.™ panel and flat door designs. An invisible InstaView with mirror-coated glass, surrounded by elegant stainless steel.™ the panel covers almost the entire door on the right side of the refrigerator. Users can check in without opening the door with just two taps on the panel, which saves time and prevents cold air from escaping. In addition, the new French door refrigerator can create four types of ice: square ice, crushed ice, and LG’s exclusive, slow-melting round Craft Ice.™, and new mini ice cubes. Helping to keep drinks cool, LG’s mini ice cubes are a great addition to juices, sodas or cocktails. With four frozen options, consumers can choose the perfect ice for their needs, beverage or occasion.
