LG chairs meeting on preparations for G20 meeting in J&K – Kashmir Reader | Jobs Vox

Jammu:: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today chaired a high-level meeting on the preparations for the G20 summit to be held in Jammu and Kashmir next year.
Calling for extensive preparations ahead of the G20 meeting, he said the meetings under the Indian presidency are an opportunity to share the achievements of Jammu and Kashmir and showcase its rich cultural heritage.
Sinha also called for involvement of students and educational institutions to make the meeting a success.
The Deputy Governor directed the universities to organize seminars on the issues of the U20.
Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, General Secretary; Additional Secretary of the Department of Agricultural Production Sh. SH Goyal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs; Sh RR Swain, Special DG CID; Administrative Secretaries; Heads of departments, police and civic management organizations participated in the meeting in person and via video conference and shared their valuable feedback.
