On December 20, LG Corporation Chairman Koo Kwang-mo e-mailed a digital video containing New Year’s greetings to LG employees around the world.
In his 2023 New Year greeting, Koo emphasized the importance of customer value created by LG Group members. “When LG employees who strive to realize customer value continue to promote the dream of customer satisfaction, LG will become a stable company capable of receiving the love and support of customers,” Kuo said in his message.
“We would like to thank all of you who have gone out of your way to make our customers feel better with more valuable experiences this year,” Koo said at the beginning of his New Year’s greetings. “We’ve put a lot of effort into offering our customers a valuable experience. In these efforts, we are making changes to support our customers.”
“My customers are all of you who create customer satisfaction on behalf of LG and help create value for each customer as they realize their dreams of customer satisfaction,” said CEO Koo. I will be recognized and lead to more opportunities and personal growth.”
