As part of Christmas at Suntech, visitors will be able to view the latest intangible token (NFT) artworks as well as participate in digital art workshops and chat with artists entering the metaverse.
The programs are a collaboration between the mall and Show Master, the seasoned entertainment arm of carnival man Uncle Ringo.
The NFT exhibition at Atrium Towers 1 and 2 showcases digital projects such as Memotics, Imaginary Ones, Prime Planet and Y2123 by Layer C, which involve creating digital worlds through virtual and augmented reality.
It also created a community space for fans and community members to network and stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
A highlight is a fireside chat with the founders of the four projects, which will be open to the public on December 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. This is for those interested in the metaverse.
Daily digital art workshops run until December 25, where visitors can get tips on how to create their own digital art under the guidance of local creatives. A print station allows participants to place their creations on t-shirts, bags and signs.
