MOORESTOWN, NJ – Albion Engineering Company, an industry leader in handheld dispensing technology for more than 90 years, announced that Dean Hamel will replace Mark Schneider as President effective January 1, 2023.

Hummel joined Albion as National Sales Manager in 2016 and was promoted to VP of Sales and then Vice President. His leadership abilities exemplify how Albion serves its customers and the industry. The company said it is confident “The Best Will Just Keep Getting Better” as it takes the helm.

Hammel said he looks forward to applying his leadership skills in his new role as Albion’s chairman and driving growth and excellence throughout the organization.

“When I joined Albion six years ago, I knew I’d joined a company with great integrity and a successful, rich history, but I didn’t realize the impact it would have on not only on the company’s success, but also on the industry as a whole. “I am filling the position of an industry veteran and am honored to be named only the fourth person to hold the role of president at Albion in its 90+ year history,” said Hummel. I feel extremely fortunate.” “I will be forever grateful to Mark and his wife Cindy for trusting me to lead the organization and I will do everything we can to further his commitment to the excellence philosophy.” He has poured into the entire organization.
